Eclipse Transfixed!

Smeck Park
7395 Basil Rd
Baltimore, OH  43105

A total solar eclipse happens when the Moon passes between the Sun and Earth, completely blocking from our view the face of the Sun. The total solar eclipse on Monday, April 8, will be the last one visible from the contiguous United Stated for another 20 years. Although we are not in what is called “the path of totality”, it will be a sight to behold and not to be missed!

If you don’t feel like joining the big crowds to watch the eclipse, bring a chair and join us at Smeck Park from 2:30-3:30 p.m. We will have information about celestial phenomena and a limited number of eclipse-viewing glasses available.
